Hands on Charlotte Day 2003

Once again Penn State and friends worked very hard and made a big difference.  The faculty and students at Windsor Park Elementary School probably didn't recognize the school Monday morning after its extreme makeover!  OK- that might be going too far, but hey we did a great job. It was great to see the transformation over the 3-4 hours of work.
